March 2015 After Hours: Gourmet Noshing & Networking

If you have never been to BASCO and you love to cook and eat, then you are in for a treat! The high end appliances installed in working kitchen vignettes, immediately start the salivating process! This year we will have NO formal cooking demo, allowing you to start eating as soon as you arrive. You will be able to graze your way through 5 kitchens, sampling delectable delicacies, all while perusing the gourmet grandeur of BASCO's kitchens!

Our culinary chanteuses this year are:

  • Cheri Baber
  • Nedra Rezinas
  • Fay Putnam
  • Judy Jones & Lorie Brandes, who I'm told have been perfecting their Italian cookie recipe with Drambouie and other luscious liquors that put last years to shame(I don't know how that's possible)! They will also have a gluten free version as well. I am so excited about this line up I can hardly stand it!!!

We are excited to offer you this year our very own private label wine! Yes, our Portlandia logo will be the labels on the selections of wine we will have to choose from. Vintners Cellar here in Portland, imports the juice from the various grape varietals from around the world and then makes the wine at their location in NW Portland. These will make wonderful gifts with Mothers/Fathers day coming up, any celebration, special dinners, or just because you had a bad day(or a good one)! Vintners Cellar is giving us a great deal so that we will make a profit to put into the charitable fund so come prepared to buy for the cause!

This event is open to the public and the more people who purchase tickets and buy wine means more for the charitable fund!! So invite other women in business, women from other clubs that would like to network with new people, associates, friends, and family! This is such a lovely event it's a nice way to introduce people to our club and have some fun!
