The Portlandia Women’s Club invites members and guests to February’s “Meet Up”. TIME..IS ..UP for the toxicity of 2017, a NEW DAWN is on the horizon in 2018 as women circumnavigate the year supporting each others business endeavors, lifting each other up forging new friendships, and our philanthropic care in the community.
Navigating uncharted waters my research on Seasons & Regions opened up the discovery of a lustrous black pearl in a rare oyster. With 25 years experience in the restaurant industry, including an impressive 19 year run at McCormick & Schmick’s, “Chef Greg” found himself anxious to steer his own course. He sailed out on a culinary odyssey landing him his own catering business with the eventual addition of an array of gourmet products and food at the Beaverton farmers market, where he was soon dubbed the “Intergalactic Soup Jedi”! His ship came in and the passion unfurled in 2001 where his creative flair for seasonal dishes from regions around the world was launched where the locals soon followed making this their favorite haunt!
Bounty from the sea is abundant but if you’re a land lover the visage is equally impressive as organic produce and spices are cultivated from his “Heirloom Ridge Farm”. Libations of house infused spirits quench our thirst while languishing in lively discussions, savoring hand crafted artisan cocktails. This isn’t your average grog! So join us for some maritime merriment aboard this charming seafood grill!
