Power Hour July 28 - Rukshana Triem

Rukshana Triem, former refugee and Immigrant from Mozambique came to United States in 1990s.

She is a C.E.O of Women's Lifestyle coaching, where she helps women overcome their rough past and create their desired beautiful life through sharing their stories. As an experiential coach, she coaches women through group coaching, nature retreats, online programs and by establishing communities.

Rukshana is also the founder of the Firmina Foundation a 501(3)C non profit which helps build schools in Mozambique and in the future Malawi, and Zambia Africa.

Rukshana holds Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Human Development and worked as Early Childhood Teacher, Trainer and Mentor.

When she's not working she's spending time with her kids and her husband. She also volunteers taking women  on  outdoor adventures, hiking and backpacking. Come and be inspired by Rukshana!
